Are the politics of our time frustrating you? Are you looking for solutions? Are you losing hope?

There is hope and a solution to the challenges of our times — just as there has always been hope and a solution to the challenges of every time.

As with all challenges in life, God’s Word provides the answer. God revealed the hope and solution to His prophet Daniel, and it is still true for us today. Daniel 11:32b says, “but the people who know their God shall stand firm and take action.” So, who are these people, what does standing firm mean and what action are they taking? Enduring, resilient, courageous—these are qualities we want to describe our faith in God. But the truth is that faith is hard, especially when trials, setbacks and failures seem to define us. How do we trust God day in and day out? When the odds are stacked against us? In the moments when we’re left wondering how we’ll ever get back up? The good news is a life of resilient faith is possible.

Led by Sarah Stoltzfus & Angi Wedemeyer.

  • Tuesdays | Begins Jan. 16 | 8-Week Study | 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. | A200 | Free | Register

Many of us believe that we aren’t good enough to meet other people’s expectations. Maybe you can’t wrap words around why, but lurking beneath the surface of the carefully curated façade you present in public, it’s there. Being missed and marginalized by others moves us to assume we’re not quite good enough for God either.

    Led by Audrey Hillhouse.

  • Tuesdays | Begins Jan. 16 | 8-Week Study | 6:30 p.m. | A212 | Free | Register

Often, idols are obvious—money, power & fame. But subtler idols can sometimes take the form of sweet loved ones, Instagramable interiors and busy seasons of ministry. If your heart is prioritizing any of those pursuits before God, they are taking up space meant for Him alone.

    Led by Brenda Brakebill.

  • Thursdays | Begins Jan. 18 | 5-Week Study | 6 - 8 p.m. | A212 | Free | Register

Rebuilding, revival and restoration of the people of God. How do you respond when the enemy tries to interfere with God’ clear direction? The enemies of God sought to frighten Nehemiah as he proceeded to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem. Nehemiah shows us leadership and obedience in the face of opposition, as well as God’s miraculous blessing and provision.

    Led by Krupa Nayakanti.

  • Fridays | Begins Jan. 19 | 7-Week Study | 9:30 - 11 a.m. | A212 | Free | Register

Imagine walking the dusty roads of Galilee with Jesus of Nazareth—braving jostling crowds just to touch the edge of His cloak and hear Him say, “Take heart, daughter, your faith has healed you.”

Those words, once meant to comfort a hurting woman’s soul thousands of years ago, were also meant for you.

Hear the words of biblical culturalist Kristi McLelland on those dusty roads as she transports you back to Jesus’ world, following in the footsteps of the women who came face-to-face with the Living God. Examine the historical and cultural climate of first-century Middle Eastern society to not only understand Jesus more deeply but to fuel your worship of Him today.

    Led by Kelly Kitch.

  • Wednesdays | Begins Feb. 28 | 5-Week Study | 6:30 p.m. | A232 | Free | Register

Our daily habits are the direct result of what we tell ourselves. Are your thoughts influenced by cultural soundbites — “Just do it!” “You got this!” “It’s up to you!” — or what God says in His Word? We might not realize how solidly we’ve bought into lies society has packaged as “truth.” Yet aren’t we only too keenly aware of our ongoing struggle with doubt, negativity and disparaging self-talk?

    Led by Elizabeth Mahusay.
