The Names of God
Tuesdays | Begins Sept. 1 | Concludes Oct. 20 | 9:30 – 11 a.m. | A200 | Led by Audrey Hillhouse | Purchase Study Book | Register
From the opening chapters of Genesis through the final verses of Revelation, God is known by many names—names that reveal who He is, what He does and how He relates to His children. He is El-Roi, “the God who sees me.” He is Jesus, “the Lord is salvation.” He is the Spirit, your Comforter and Counselor. And you? You have a name, too. You are His beloved child, a Christian, one who bears His name.

Six beloved Bible teachers invite you to place your feet firmly on the path of life revealed in the book of Proverbs. As you consider wisdom principles on everyday topics like words, work, friendship, marriage, parenting, neighborliness, money management, leadership influence, and more, you’ll discover the wisdom of Proverbs as an invitation to steadily walk God’s way in God’s world.

My Heart's Cry - A Transformative Prayer Journey
Wednesdays at Midweek | Begins Aug. 26 | Concludes Oct. 14 | 6:30 – 8 p.m. | A256 | Led by Elizabeth Mahusay | Purchase Study Book | Register
As a woman striving to “get things right,” my prayer life has been a journey filled with challenges! I searched for the perfect formula, the right scriptures, and even the ideal journal, convincing myself it had to start on January 1st. But through my decades of pursuing God, I’ve learned that it doesn’t matter when you start, just start. Ladies, becoming a woman of prayer is a process, not an overnight transformation. We must break through barriers that keep us from hearing God's voice, surrender to His plans, and embrace the freedom to fail forward, trusting that His arms are always there to catch us. Each forward step in obedience deepens our connection as we pray the Word of God.
Esther - Daring Faith for Such A Time As This
Thursdays | Begins Sept. 10 | Concludes Oct. 22 | 9:30 – 11 a.m. | A212 | Led by Shay Shull | Purchase Study Book | Register
A beautiful queen, her courageous cousin, a foreign land and a murderous adversary—the book of Esther has all the elements of an epic drama. The story unfolds at a time when the people of God are split between nations with an uncertain future. While the name of God may not be mentioned in the book of Esther, its pages highlight His work among His people and foreshadow Jesus’s very ministry to us—darkness to light, mourning to celebration, death to life.
Precepts
Thursdays | Begins Aug. 27 | 6 – 8 p.m. | A212 | Led by Krupa Nayakanti | Purchase Book | Register
This 9-week study will explore the book of Philippians. In times of trial, joy can feel hard to come by. If you’re struggling to rejoice, turn to the book of Phillipians with one of Precept’s inductive Bible studies. Find joy in the midst of sorrow and peace that surpasses understanding—dig into Philippians with Precept!
Luke in the Land
Thursdays | Begins Aug. 27 | Concludes Dec. 3 with Christmas Lunch | 9:30 – 11 a.m. | A234 | Led by Melanie Barfield | Purchase Study Book | Register
In our Bibles, we have four Gospels describing Jesus’s time on earth: Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. The land of Israel—the place Jesus walked and taught during His earthly ministry—is often referred to as the “fifth Gospel.” Follow Kristi McLelland through Israel as we study snapshots from the Gospel of Luke to see where the stories of the Bible took place. Over seven sessions in this Bible study workbook, challenge the way you read the accounts of Jesus through teaching videos that take you to locations in Israel like Bethlehem, the Sea of Galilee, Gethsemane, Jerusalem and the road to Emmaus. Along the way, you'll see how Jesus, the Messiah, brought His kingdom to earth for everybody.
